Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would hate to see you go, but should you need to cancel your spot on this expedition the following terms apply towards your trip balance after initial deposits are made at registration.

• If you cancel 6 months or more prior to departure, a $500 fee will apply.

• If you cancel between 3 and 6 months prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip price will be assessed.

• Unfortunately, we are not able to make any refunds less than 3 months from departure.

Please note that all initial online deposits for expedition registrations and pre-registrations are non-refundable.

Additionally, please note that all travelers are required to purchase a travel insurance policy to protect themselves in case of last minute travel changes (i.e. medical reasons, tragic loss, etc) or weather impacts that may disrupt a departure. These policies should be purchased to cover guests financially in the event a full charge cancellation is incurred for any reason.
